One Sunday in early June when the sky was a little dull, I was driving through the Himeji area, and when I was looking for a delicious soba restaurant on the internet, I found this soba restaurant on the map and headed straight to it.
I would like to introduce the dishes and impressions of “Matsushoan” here.
空が少しどんよりとした6月はじめのある日曜日、姫路エリアをドライブしていたところで、美味しいお蕎麦屋さんをネットでいろいろ探していたところ、マップでこのお蕎麦屋さんを見つけ、直ぐに向かいました。
ここに「松匠庵」のお料理と感想を紹介させていただきます。
Dishes I odered – 私が頼んだ料理
On the menu, there were “Soba Gozen”, “Sudachi Soba Gozen” and “Bukkake Soba Gozen” as soba gozen menu items. Meanwhile, I ordered the classic “Soba Gozen”. It was said that a large serving of soba was not possible.
メニューには、蕎麦御膳お品書きとして、「蕎麦御膳」、「すだち蕎麦御膳」と「ぶっかけ蕎麦御膳」があった。
そんな中、定番の「蕎麦御膳」を注文した。蕎麦の大盛は出来ないとのことであった。
”Soba Gozen” – 蕎麦御膳
Soba – 蕎麦
Mellow kombu herring rolls and shrimp boiled in honeydew, etc. – まろやか昆布巻きと海老甘露煮など
“Soba-Yu”(Soba Hot Water in which soba noodle have been boiled) – 蕎麦湯

I would say “Superb Taste”.

ランチで伺いました。（訪問日：2023年6月）
日曜日に二人でランチ。ドライブの途中、マップでこのお蕎麦屋さんを見つけ立ち寄りました。

Access – アクセス
To “MATSUSHOAN (Harima Matsusho)”, I set the navigation and went by car.
The restaurant faced Route 372. After driving east on the national highway R372 from Himeji city and crossing the Shin-Ogawa bridge over the Ichikawa, it was on the left side after driving about 200m. The parking lot was a space along the sidewalk on the west side of the restaurant.
「松匠庵（播磨松匠）」へは、ナビをセットして車で行きました。
姫路市内の国道372号線を東に走り、市川に架かる新小川橋を渡る200mほどで左側に見えてきました。駐車場はお店西側の歩道沿いのスペースでした。
