Konaka Soba (Yabu) – 高中そば（養父）

One sunny day in mid-April, I went to Takanaka Soba, a highly rated restaurant. I arrived at the restaurant just before 2pm and was immediately shown to a table. Here, I would like to introduce the dishes and impressions of this restaurant “Takanaka Soba”.

4月半ばの晴れたある日、評価が非常に高いこのお店「高中そば」へ行きました。レストランには午後2時前に到着し、直ぐにテーブルに案内されました。
ここに、このレストラン「高中そば」のお料理と感想を紹介させていただきます。

The menu included Zaru soba, Zaru soba large size, Kake soba, Kake soba large size, Nishin (Herring) soba, and Kaido teishoku soba (reservation required for this teishoku (set meal)). Other dishes included soba zenzai, rice balls, vegetable tempura, and sashimi konnyaku.
I ordered zaru soba and vegetable tempura.

メニューには、ざるそば、ざるそば大盛、かけそば、かけそば大盛、ニシンそば、街道定食そば（定食は予約制）があった。その他には、そばぜんざい、おむすび、野菜天ぷら、刺身こんにゃくがあった。

私は、ざるそばと野菜天ぷらを注文した。

My impression – 感想

I would say “Local taste using the famous water of eternal youth and longevity”.

「不老長寿の名水を使った地元のテイスト」、というところでしょう。

Access – アクセス

To get to Konaka Soba (Yabu), I set up the navigation and drove to. It was about a 30 minute drive from Wadayama Interchange on the Bantan Access Road.
At the Wadayama Interchange exit intersection, I turned right toward Toyooka/Yobu, drove about 2km, and went straight through the Ipponyanagi intersection. I drove along Prefectural Route 104 along the Maruyama River and turned right at the Yonejibashi intersection. The restaurant was on the right after driving about 4km. The parking lot was in front of the restaurant.

「高中そば（養父）」へは、ナビをセットして車で行きました。
播但連絡道路和田山インターチェンジから車で30分ほどでした。
和田山インターチェンジ出口の交差点を豊岡・養父方面へ右折し、2㎞ほど走って一本柳交差点を直進、円山川の沿って県道104号を走り米地橋交差点を右折、4㎞ほどで右側にお店がありました。駐車場はお店の前でした。
